How do i lose muscle from weight training?
I’m about 136lbs right now. I was only 120 before i started a weight training class. I run every day and hardly eat anything. How do i get the muscle to go away? Is running building more muscle?

Muscle weighs more than fat so you could just have gained a lot of muscle.
