Where in the state of washington is the best place to find a knowledgable bodybuilding trainer?

I want to get into ameutar bodybuilding and I am looking to find someone either in the field or trains people that is is knowledgeable on the subjects of nutrition, supplements, and weightlifting. I dont want to hear about going to my local 24 hour fitness, i dont need a run of the mill wanna be trainer. I am looking for a pro, thanks

I need a detailed timetable, i want to become fit, than start bodybuilding?

i am 19 years an 6 months of age, about 175 cm tall, weigh about 190 pounds! i have kind of a big belly , stomach fat, and fat in my upper legs region, thighs and hips, i want to lose weight first, and than start bodybuilding. i am pretty unfit so ill need something easy to start with but im willing to do it everyday! id like to know what exercises i could do and for how long, detailed please, to become fit, lose fats,be leaner! should i do them everyday and how long! thanks all in advance! would love your help and will be greatly appreciated!

Here is what you need to do if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Lose weight) and you will have more energry.

If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have any or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.

If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonalds, Wendys, etc because there is nothing good for you on the menus – even the salads are bad (bacon bits, cheese, dressing, etc)

Does bodybuilding really brings out the more masculine facial features in you?

Does bodybuilding increases your level of testosterone, which in turn brings out your more masculine features like prominent jaws or cheekbones?

Most muscled up men have big wide faces. So maybe it’s true and does build up your facial features….

I would like to start bodybuilding, how do I begin?

I am 21 and need to build up my upper body strength, but figured I might as well go all-out whilst I’m at it. The thing is I can’t afford gym fees so anything I do will have to be in my ‘poor man’ gym- one I’ve built myself out of railway sleepers, girders, oil drums and poles.

How does one start bodybuilding, naturally as opposed to with chemicals? I’d like to aspire to the look of Charles Atlas, the old-timers, as opposed to modern Arnie-types! I just want to be very healthy but to have a built body with it.

I think you need to spend about half an hour arranging a schedule that you can adhere to. Start small and build it up. It has to be difficult or it isn’t going anywhere so when it gets easy, that means you have developed and need to increase weights

Start by testing your limits, what weight you can comfortably lift. I’m talking about 3 sets of 8 repetitions at a time. Work different muscle groups on alternating days.

Stretching and aerobic exercise are essential other wise you will be strong but stiff and chubby. Stretch all of your muscles before you start (yoga style is good.) Then warm up with 20 minutes of aerobic exercise, whatever style you prefer. Then start the weightlifting. When you are done with the weights, spend 5 minutes of gentle aerobic work again to cool down and have a glass of milk. The milk will help to develop your muscle mass.

Always have someone around in case you injure yourself. Within shouting distance at least or keep a cell phone in your pocket.

Steroids use is illegal in sports for a reason. It is also extremely bad for your body and the effects last for a long time. I hope someone gives you a bad information on here and you get caught, maybe it will teach you a lesson about cheating.

ok, hairloss is caused by excessive DHT Dihydrotestosterone. Not by weightlifting. the reason some bodybuilders lose their hair–aside from heredity– is the use of anabolic and androgenic steroids.
if you bodybuild naturally, as in, no drugs, eat right, lift properly, your only risk is losing a girlfriend who doesnt want to compete with you for the mirror.
and occasional tendonitis in that lagging bodypart you just want another inch of growth from.

Can expired energy or bodybuilding drinks harm you?

Currently at my gym, there are many different expired energy/bodybuilding drinks that are discounted for being expired. They are VERY expired, like 4-6 months past expiration. They are mostly the energy kind like: Speed stack, Ripped Force, etc. The gym owner says they are fine, but they have an expiration for a reason. Thanks

even when they are not yet expired the energy drinks can mess up a person’s body. Do you really want to drink that stuff?

Is there any results in one month for bodybuilding?

I just started bodybuilding in the middle of april and do anyone of you think there will be any changes on -15 may-
I do 4 sets 20 reps a day training more on my Abs, Chest, and biceps…
Can my chest (33inch) go to 33.5 and my biceps (11inch) go to 11.3inch?

yeah, but for better results i would back off the reps and make sure you get plenty of rest in between workouts.

I do 4 sets of 4-6 reps, once every 8 days for each excersize and have gained 25 pounds of muscle in the last 3 months. And my bench has gone up about 60 Lbs. (bench 325 now).

i just married few weeks and as you know the stuff…..
i concern that bodybuilding with sex harms me.is it true?
if there is a limit for them which one i should reduce sex or BB?

It’ll probably reduce testosterone levels when you ejaculate so you’ll probably have to take extra protein for when ur working out.

It usually makes me tired when at the gym but maybe that’s just me
